Gremac recycling machines

The compact, mobile trommel screening machines on car-trailer chassis with a maximum trailer load of 3.5 tons from GREMAC OHG in Hatten easily master all tasks - whether excavated material, soil, stones, building waste or other screenable material.

The screening machines are manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards. The machine frame and material-carrying parts are made of hot-dip galvanized steel and guarantee a long machine life. The modular design ensures that the machines can be used flexibly.

Quick-change screen mats with mesh sizes from 3.0 to 50.0 mm² enable the production of a wide variety of screen fractions. 

Whether as a trailer, on a hook lift frame, with chain drive or stationary - always electrically powered, whether by 380-420 V house current and 16 A socket or by a diesel or petrol generator practically carried in the screening machine - the GREMAC screening machines can be used at any location.  The very low loading height of just 1.90 m enables convenient and consistent loading, even with small wheel loaders.

Selectable options such as oversize grain discharge conveyor, stone grid, radio remote control, hopper extension plates or central lubrication blocks as well as the choice of different basic configurations make the e1 and the e2+ genuine all-rounders in the
